Cafe Gumba Gumba
Café Gumba Gumba is a uniquely South African group consisting of female vocals, three percussionists and a keyboard player.
The band play a variety of traditional South African music. They are light background, easy listening and fresh café lounge music. Certain songs performed are accompanied by digitally re-mastered back tracks, but most of the repertoire consists of songs performed live.
Instruments used are an organic mix of the Conga Drums, Djembe drums, Cajon drums, Timbalis, Bongo, Chimes & Shakers, Triangles, Cabasa, Traditional African drums, Can Can and the Uhadi.
